David Jannone, a lifetime resident of Southern Pines, joined the Premier Properties team in 2008. In 2010 he
graduated from Sandhills Community College's Engineering Technologies
program with an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technologies. David's strong work ethic and passion for
construction has earned him the role of Superintendent. As Heath's right hand man, he oversees each project with keen attention to detail and precision.
